Return & Store Credit Policy

Naija1 is currently in pre-launch. No live orders are being accepted yet. This policy outlines how returns and store credit will work once the First Drop officially launches.

At Naija1, every piece is prepared with care, hygiene, and quality in mind.

Because clothing and wearable items come into direct contact with the body, some items cannot be returned once they have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, altered, or removed from their original protective packaging.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, eligible returns may be processed as store credit or coupon credit where allowed by law. This credit can be used toward another Naija1 item.

What we cannot accept

We do not accept returns for:

  • worn items
  • washed items
  • stained or damaged items
  • items with perfume, body odour, makeup, deodorant marks, or visible use
  • items without original packaging or tags
  • personalised, customised, or specially branded items, where legally allowed
  • hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used, where legally allowed

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at notifynaija1@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos or video of the issue
  • a short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, coupon credit, or refund where required by law.

Store credit / coupon credit

  • is issued after the return is reviewed and approved
  • can be used on future Naija1 purchases
  • cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law
  • may have an expiry date if clearly stated at the time of issue

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or unless the law says otherwise.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes any consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Where the law requires a refund, replacement, repair, cancellation right, or other remedy, Naija1 will follow the law.
