Naija1 is currently in pre-launch. No live orders are being accepted yet. This policy outlines how shipping will work once the First Drop officially launches. Final shipping zones, carriers, and timelines will be confirmed before launch.
Planned processing
Once live, orders are expected to be processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays.
Planned delivery times
Shipping times will vary by destination and the fulfilment partner handling each order. Estimated delivery windows will be shown where available at the time of purchase or in the order confirmation, once the store is live.
Tracking
When the store is live and an order is dispatched, tracking details (where provided by the carrier) will be emailed to the address used at purchase.
Duties & taxes
Once live, customers will be responsible for any local import duties or taxes assessed at delivery in their country.
Issues with delivery
After launch, if an order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact notifynaija1@gmail.com with the order number and clear photos or video so the team can review and resolve it.
